How will my order be packaged?
All sealed products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Booster boxes are bubble-wrapped and shipped in sturdy outer boxes.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Products & Authenticity

Are your Pokémon products authentic?
Absolutely. We only source products from authorized distributors and reputable suppliers. Every item we sell is 100% genuine.

Do you sell graded cards?
Yes! We carry PSA, CG and CGC graded cards. Check our Graded Collectibles collection for current inventory.

Are booster pack pull rates guaranteed?
No. Pull rates are determined by The Pokémon Company and are random. We cannot guarantee specific pulls from any booster pack or box.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns on sealed products?
Due to the nature of collectible sealed products, we do not accept returns on opened items. Sealed, unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
